Venue: The Coach House, Little Baddow, Essex CM3 4BX If arriving from North Hill, once you are on Tofts Chase we are the second drive way on the right (with the brick entrance), continue along the track and take the left fork. Items to bring We recommend you bring the following items with you to ensure you are able to enjoy your visit to its full potential:

• Loungewear/comfortable clothing
• Walking boots
• Trainers

Dietary requirements: The food served (booking required) at the Healing Retreat is vegetarian, however we are unable to cater to any special dietary requirements/allergies. If you do have any specific dietary requirements, we recommend you bring your own food. There are facilities to store and cook/heat up prepared food.
